Every case study here comes from work we actually delivered — reconstructed from delivery
records, customer calls and shared channels. Then we stripped the company, the people, the products, the
location and every commercial figure out of it. What's left is the part that's useful to everyone else:
the problem, the build, and what happened.

Why anonymized
Most case studies are marketing artifacts — a logo, a rounded-up number, and no mechanism.
Stripping the logo is what lets us keep the mechanism. No customer had to approve a quote,
so nothing had to be softened. What you get is the actual shape of the work.

Method
How these were built — and how they were scrubbed.
Reconstructed from three systems of record, then put through an anonymization pass and an
adversarial review whose only job was to try to identify the companies.
1 · Reconstructed from delivery data
Two years of project and task records, customer call transcripts, and shared
customer channels. Nothing was written from memory or from a marketing brief.
2 · Scrubbed against a rule set
Company and product names, all personal names, locations, funding, revenue,
contract values, investors, named events and precise dates were removed. Record counts were
rounded. Industry and stage were deliberately widened.
3 · Attacked, then re-checked
An exhaustive name blocklist was run over every published field, and independent
reviewers tried to re-identify each company from the card alone. Anything that narrowed a card
to a small set of companies was widened or cut.
4 · Nothing embellished
Every claim traces to something in the source record. Where there was no
measured outcome, the case study says what was built and stops. Quotes are verbatim, with
only identifying words bracketed out.
Most-used systems across the library: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, Slack, Gong, Chili Piper, Salesforce CPQ. Third-party platform names are
kept deliberately — they're what make a case study reusable — and they identify no one.
